Annual Physicals
Wellness visit include complete physical exam, reviewing and updating medical history, recommendations for preventive care, updating routine cancer screening, vaccines, and screening blood work. We offer in office PAP testing. Please bring all current medications and supplements with you to the visit.
Medicare Wellness Visits
Wellness visits for Medicare patients includes reviewing and updating your medical history, preventive services, recommended screening tests, and vaccines. Please bring all current medications and supplements with you to the visit.
Sick Visits
Feeling under the weather? No worries! Appointments can often be scheduled for the same day.
Pre-Operative Evaluations
Please call our office as soon as possible after scheduling your surgery. If your surgeon has a pre-op form to complete, please bring this with you to your visit along with all current medications and supplements. If you have had blood work, cardiac testing, (e.g. stress test, EKG or Echocardiogram) or pulmonary testing done at another office, please bring results with you to the visit. Your visit may include a brief exam, EKG and some blood work. Further testing may be done based on patient history and test results.
Follow Up & Management of Chronic Conditions
Office visit will include discussion, recommendations, and optimization of medications to help control conditions such as hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease, asthma, COPD and weight management.
In Office Blood Draws
Blood work may be done as part of workup for acute concerns, follow-up of chronic conditions, or for screening purposes. You may be asked to fast for 10 hours prior to some blood work screenings. Water, black tea, and coffee are allowed when fasting.
Cancer Screening
Recommended routine cancer screenings may include breast cancer, cervical cancer, colon cancer and prostate cancer.

Immunizations
Including Tetanus boosters, Pneumonia shots, Shingles vaccine, and Flu shots.
Telemedicine Visits
Video visits are available to follow-up on some chronic conditions and to address some acute concerns as well.
